RVC鈥檚 award-winning Communications and Marketing Department team put their creativity center stage to compete against over one thousand colleges, universities, and secondary schools from all fifty United States and numerous foreign countries in the 41st Annual Educational Advertising Awards. The results are in, and the team picked up three national awards:

鈥淕reat brand work is built on a foundation of consistency and purpose. These awards validate the journey RVC has taken to refresh and elevate its brand, and they recognize our commitment to making our brand as intentional and accessible as it is reflective of our community. I鈥檓 incredibly proud of the work our team has done to elevate the college鈥檚 brand and receive recognition on a national stage,鈥 said RVC Director of Marketing Gabriela Mar-Gagula.

The Educational Advertising Awards is the largest educational advertising awards competition in the country. Judges for the awards consisted of a national panel of higher education marketers, advertising creative directors, marketing, and advertising professionals. Over 2,000 entries were evaluated.

According to RVC鈥檚 Executive Director of Communications, Jennifer Thompson, 鈥淭hese awards reflect a college that鈥檚 deeply committed to telling authentic stories about our students and our community. When creativity is paired with purpose, the result is work that resonates, and it鈥檚 incredibly rewarding to see that recognized on a national stage.鈥

Seventeen institutions were recognized by the judges as a 鈥淏est of Show鈥 winner. Gold awards were granted to 481 institutions, silver awards were awarded to 320 institutions, and bronze awards were awarded to 212 institutions.
